To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be unworn and returned in its original box, with the receipt within 10 days of purchase.
No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days from the date of purchase.
Merchandise can only be exchanged in the same country in which it was purchased.
Please understand that for hygienic considerations, we cannot exchange earring purchases.
