• Product must be in original condition with all tickets and labels attached.
• We are unable to accept returns on earrings or cosmetics due to Australian health and safety regulations.
• We will issue a Gift Card on sale merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
• We require proof of purchase to issue any refund, exchange or credit note.
• Items can only be exchanged or returned in the country in which they were purchased.
