It’s easy! All unworn purchases may be exchanged.
Items must be return in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 15 days from your purchase. 
Items can only be exchanged in the country where they were purchased. 
For hygenic reasons, underwear, earrings and cosmetics cannot be exchanged at any time.
