If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, ALDO’s high standard of customer service will make things easy.
To be eligible for a full refund, merchandise must be unworn and returned in its original box, with the receipt within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will take form only in the manner in which the payment was made. After 7 days and up to 30 days after purchase, if merchandise is unworn and returned in its original box, with a receipt, a credit note will be issued in the form of an ALDO credit note card.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you do not have your receipt, unworn merchandise may be returned in its original box for an exchange equal to the current selling price of the original purchase.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted on sale merchandise.
Merchandise can only be refunded or exchanged in the same country in which it was purchased.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on earring purchases.
