How can I track my order?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the post code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order. You can track your order by calling our Customer Contact Center at 0808-101-5659, or online.


How can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Click here to learn more about our return policy.


How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.

The following shipping methods are currently available:

Can I place an international order?
Unfortunately we cannot currently process online orders from countries other than Canada, the continental USA and the U.K., but we do have over 1,500 stores operating in 56 countries. For a list of countries where we have stores, please click here.


How can I return/exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at one of our store locations or by courier. Click here to learn more about our simple returns process.


How can I find an ALDO product that I am looking for?
Use the search box in the top right corner of our Web site to find styles based on trend, categories or style name. You can then refine your search on the results page.
The sales staff in our stores also have the ability to search for specific styles across all stores and to locate the style you’re looking for. Find your nearest store location here.


What are your size conversions?
Our footwear is labeled with US sizes. Click here to view our detailed conversion chart. When shopping online at ALDO, select the same size as you would in an ALDO store. Please note that we currently offer half sizes.

Where can I purchase an ALDO gift card?

ALDO gift cards can be used to make a purchase in our stores. Find your nearest store location here. Gift cards cannot be currently purchased or redeemed online.


Do you have a product catalogue?
Given that we carry an extremely vast and ever-changing selection of styles, the best place to view entire collection is on our Web site. We do not currently offer a printed catalogue.


Is it safe to shop online at ALDO?
ALDO is very proud to offer our customers a fully secure shopping environment. ALDO is a "Verisign Secured" site, meaning that all credit card information and other confidential information are encrypted using SSL technology. Your credit card information will not be retained once you make a purchase.

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards.

IMPORTANT: Your shipping & billing address must be identical and exactly match your name, address and postal code exactly as they appear on your credit card statement in order to proceed with your order. This information is used as a part of the validation process for your credit card payment.

Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.K. addresses (P.O. boxes are not accepted). Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Contact Team needs to contact you about your order.
