You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received. Attached you will find your return label. Print a copy of this label and attach it to each parcel you wish to return. |
You can then return your merchandise by dropping it at your Local Post Office. Be sure to obtain a Certificate of Posting as you will need this to complete your refund. |
Once they have been received by Royal Mail, returned items are usually delivered to us within 3 to 5 business days. Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 7 business days following this. |
