RETURN POLICY.
It’s easy. All unworn purchases may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt, at which time refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.

 

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, RETURN YOUR PURCHASE TO AN ALDO STORE.
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, we invite you to go to an ALDO store in your area, where one of our associates will be pleased to assist you. You'll even find the address of your closest store on your invoice.

 

IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS NO ALDO STORE IN YOUR AREA, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PURCHASE BY COURIER.
To return an item purchased via our website, enter your order number and postal code below. Then select the item you wish to return, choose a reason from the list and click submit. We’ll provide you with a return reference number on the following page. UPS will then send you an email with instructions on how to return your item and arrange for pick-up or drop off. 

Please note that orders placed in store must be exchanged or refunded in store.  No refunds or exchanges will be processed by courier.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in any manner.
