If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, ALDO’s high standard of customer service will make things easy.
The cashier is obliged to provide the customer a cash cheque, which must be kept for the entire duration of the guarantee. A receipt is required for all exchanges and returns.
To be eligible for a full refund, merchandise must be unworn and returned in its original box, with the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will take form only in the manner in which the payment was made.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Merchandise can only be refunded or exchanged in the same country in which it was purchased.
