1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We do not accept cheques, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards. Your billing address must exactly match your name, address, zip code and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card.

Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).

Your phone number and email address are also required in case our Customer Service team needs to contact you about your order.

2. WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
We charge sales tax at aldoshoes.com just as we do in our stores. If we do not have a store in your state, you will be charged the same taxes as your closest ALDO store. Shipping charges are also subject to sales taxes.
