RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.
It’s easy. All unworn purchases may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt, at which time refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Checks may only be refunded in cash 10 days after purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.

 

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, RETURN YOUR PURCHASE TO AN ALDO STORE.
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase, we invite you to go to an ALDO store in your area, where one of our associates will be pleased to assist you. You'll even find the address of your closest store on your invoice.

 

IN THE EVENT THAT THERE IS NO ALDO STORE IN YOUR AREA, YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PURCHASE BY COURIER.
To return items purchased via our website, enter your order number and postal code below. Then select the item you wish to return, choose a reason from the list and click submit. We’ll provide you with a return reference number on the following page. UPS will then send you an email with instructions on how to return your item and arrange for pick-up or drop off. 

Please note that orders placed in store must be exchanged or refunded in store.  No refunds or exchanges will be processed by courier.

 

RETURNS FOR INTERAC ® ONLINE PURCHASES
For purchases made using INTERAC ® Online, refunds for returns by courier within 90 days from the date of purchase will be credited directly to your bank account. Returns by courier after 90 days will be credited by cheque from the ALDO Group. Returns processed at a store will be credited directly to your bank account.

 

RETURNS FOR PAYPAL ONLINE PURCHASES
For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. We will not be able to process PayPal returns in store.
