1. What shipping methods are available?
The following shipping methods are available:
- Standard shipping: $5 (3-6 business days, from the shipped date)
- Express shipping: $20 (2-4 business days, from the shipped date)
For a limited time, ALDO is offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all online orders over $125, after applied discounts and before taxes. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. We ship to the continental U.S. only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).
Military and P.O. boxes: Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days following the day you placed your order. Standard shipping orders will be delivered in 3-6 business days (from the shipped date), and Express orders will be delivered in 2-4 business days (from the shipped date). We will confirm your estimated delivery dates by email or you can check your order status here.
Please note: For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
