We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase. ALDO reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time. Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken. No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. For purchases made using PayPal, refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and click the submit button. You will receive an email confirming your request and a return label with instructions on how to proceed.
