Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting returns in-store for purchases made between February 1st, 2020 and May 12th, 2020. No refunds will be made at this time. As of May 13th, any in-store purchase made will be final sale.
Online Return Policy
Effective May 13th 2020, purchases and orders placed online cannot be returned in store. You may always return online orders free of charge via courier. We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of your purchase. ALDO reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 60-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
A few exceptions...
- In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewellery, sunglasses, hair accessories, insoles, swimwear, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
