When will my order be processed?
Generally, it takes up to 2 business days to process an order.
Why did my order get cancelled?

It's been 2 days and my order is still pending. What does that mean?
It simply means that we're still locating item(s) listed in your order. We send email updates regarding order status every few days to keep you in the know.
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been submitted, you have 1 hour to cancel any item that has not shipped; chat us or give us a call if you need to do so. In the event where you cannot reach us within that time, you will have the option of returning/exchanging your order. Visit our Return Policy for additional details.
When will I receive my order?
You can expect to receive your package within 5 business days from the order date (1-2 business days to ship and up to 3 business days of transit time).
