  1. What is the ALDO Crew?
    ALDO Crew is a loyalty program where you get credit for all your purchases. The more you buy, the more benefits you unlock! The program is free to join and well worth your time! From your first purchase , you are ALDO Crew. After spending £100 or more, you become an ALDO Crew Plus member, and at £200 or more you join our ALDO Crew VIP.

  3. What do I need to know before I sign up to the ALDO Crew program?
    Membership is an all-digital loyalty program where you’ll accumulate credit for all your shopping, both in-store and online. You’ll receive special offers, rewards, exclusive invitations and much more based on how much you spend. In the “My Account” section of the website, you’ll be able to review your transaction history (both in-store and online) for up to 2 years. In order to get credit for your transactions, you will need to provide your email or phone number in-store when shopping, or log in to your account to order online. Your ALDO Crew Credits and Loyalty Tier (if applicable) will be updated within 48 hours.

  4. How do I sign up?
    The sign up is easy. Click here, fill out and submit the required information, and you’ll be a member of the ALDO Crew. We treat your personal information securely and confidentially.

  5. Is it free to join?
    The ALDO Crew is free to join. Just for signing up you’ll receive a welcome offer and a bunch of benefits!

  6. I signed up in-store, how do I activate my account online?
    You’re so close! After having given your information to a Sales Associate in-store, you should have received an email to complete your profile. Follow the link in that email, confirm that all your information is correct, and click “Create My Account” and your account will be active!

  7. How do I earn ALDO Crew Credits?
    Every dollar spent at ALDO is an ALDO Crew Credit (with the exception of Gift cards, taxes & shipping fees).

  8. I was part of ALIST before, so now what?
    First of all, thank you for being loyal to ALDO! It’s pretty easy to become an ALDO Crew member. All you have to do is log in to your account, and follow the steps to validate your new membership!

  9. Where can I go to find all of my ALDO Crew account information & update my info?
    All you have to do is log in to “My Account” section of the website and there you will be able to access and edit all of your information as well as review any benefits you are entitled to.

  10. What types of merchandise count towards ALDO Crew Credits? What doesn’t count towards my ALDO Crew Credits?
    All merchandise (VAT incl.) purchased in-store or online, with the exception of gift cards, counts towards your ALDO Crew Credits. This is excluding shipping fees.

  11. Can I earn credits when shopping at any ALDO store?
    You can earn ALDO Crew Credits by shopping at any ALDO store in the UK and on aldoshoes.com/uk/en_UK excluding Aldo collections in House of Fraser & Debenhams. Currently, ALDO Crew is only available in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. When you sign up for the ALDO Crew, your account will be created based on the country of registration.

  12. How do I identify myself as an ALDO Crew member?
    In-store, at the cash you will be asked for your email or phone number associated with your ALDO Crew account, and online, you just have to make sure to login to your account when making a purchase!

  13. What happens to my ALDO Crew Credits when I return items?
    When you return an item, the ALDO Crew Credits from that item are deducted from your balance. This return could also affect your membership tier depending on the size of the return and the tier you are in.

  14. What happens to my ALDO Crew Credits if part of my order is cancelled?
    Credit is only allotted for completed transactions.

  15. Can I register a transaction after a purchase?
    As long as you have identified your transaction in-store (given your email address for an ereceipt) you will have 10 days to register a transaction post purchase. You can contact our Customer Care Center (Phone number: 0808-101-5659) and they will assist you.

  16. Do ALDO Crew Credits expire?
    The ALDO Crew program is based on a 12 month rolling base meaning that we will sum up all of your qualifying spend for a period of 12 months starting with first ALDO Crew transaction to determine tier eligibility. Should you achieve the next tier level required spend within 12 months, we'll welcome you into the next tier. What’s even better, is that every time you enter a new next tier, your 12-month period re-starts. As long as you spend the “threshold” amount in that 12 month period, you will remain in that tier. However, if you don’t come back and shop at ALDO within a 12-month period, you unfortunately, will lose either ALDO Crew Plus or ALDO Crew VIP status, but you’ll still be a member of ALDO Crew. That’s one benefit you’ll never lose!

  17. How do I keep track of my ALDO Crew Credits?
    Can’t wait to see your ALDO Crew Credits accumulate? Be sure to log in to your account and you’ll be able to see all your purchases there! In addition, on every ALDO email, you will see your current tier and spend. Also, at the beginning of each season, you’ll get a recap on your “shoe closet” and “savings” throughout your ALDO Crew membership!

  18. Are ALDO Crew Credits transferable?
    Unfortunately, you cannot “share” your credits with anyone. You spend the money, you get the benefits!

  19. What happens if I’m missing a transaction?
    If you notice that you’re missing a transaction, contact our customer care center with your receipt in hand and be ready to provide them with the transaction ID, date of purchase, store number & value of the purchase. One of our customer care agents will be able to apply the missing transaction to your account. Just note, it might take up to 48 hours for any given transaction to be appear on your account!

  20. I’m eligible for a reward but have not received anything?
    To check for any rewards, make sure to log in to your account, go to the “my benefits” section and then see what’s available. You can also check your transaction history to make sure that all of your transactions are registered. If you didn’t receive anything via email, you should also verify to make sure that your email address is correctly written in your account and that your junk inbox does not have any emails from us!

  21. How soon after qualifying for ALDO Crew Plus or ALDO Crew VIP status will I receive my “status discount”?
    Once you have reached the qualified spend, you will receive an email welcoming you to the new tier, introducing all the benefits you can now enjoy and providing you with your annual reward. This email should arrive within 48 hours of your qualifying transaction.

  22. How long are my “annual rewards” valid for?
    The welcome offer is valid for 30 days, but your annual rewards will each be available for 120 days. We’re pretty sure that within 4 months you’ll want to come back and pick out your next favourite ALDO shoe anyways 😉

  23. Can I combine discount codes together?
    Each discount code that you receive cannot be combined with other discount codes that you have. For example - you cannot combine your ALDO Crew Plus discount code with your birthday code. Your discount codes cannot be applied to price drop or bundles.

  24. Where can I find out what’s new?
    Make sure to keep an eye on your email inbox and be sure to check the “My Account” section of your online profile. You definitely don’t want to miss out on the amazing benefits we’re going to be giving you!

  25. How can I redeem my 20% off birthday gift?
    Shortly before your birthday, you will receive an email with our best wishes and a coupon code that will allow you to save 20% off on your birthday in-store or online.

  26. How can I redeem my £10 birthday gift?
    Shortly before your birthday, if you are ALDO Crew Plus or ALDO Crew VIP, you will receive an email with our best wishes and a coupon code that will allow you to go to an ALDO store and choose your gift (valued up to £10). We might even be tempted to sing you “Happy Birthday!”

  27. What does “early access” mean?
    Early access is an exclusive opportunity for members of the ALDO Crew to get the chance to see some of the new product(s) that aren’t yet available for sale. You will be able to opt in to be notified of new product) arrivals as soon as they’re available for purchase!

  28. How do I get 20% off on handbags/bags?
    Once you’ve spent £100 or more, and are part of the ALDO Crew Plus or ALDO Crew VIP tiers, the 20% off handbags/bags will be automatically applied at checkout online. In-store, remember to identify yourself as an ALDO Crew member (with phone number or email at the cash) and the sales associate who is helping you will apply the discount.

  29. What does “Share your discount with friends” mean?
    When you achieve the ALDO Crew VIP status, you will receive five (5) 20% off discount codes that you can share with your friends! Hopefully, this will entice your friends to start shopping at ALDO and become part of the ALDO Crew. Every 12 month period, provided that you remain an ALDO Crew VIP, you will receive 5 more discount codes to share!

  30. How are you handling my personal information?
    We take your privacy extremely seriously and abide by the strictest global norms governing private information and we never share your information with third parties. Please visit our privacy policy for more details.

  31. Can I opt out of email?
    As long as you have created an ALDO Crew account, you now have different communication options. You can choose to receive all ALDO communications, or to only receive ALDO Crew emails, or to receive no emails at all. Please note – that if you choose to receive no communication at all and the onus will be on you to log in to your account to see what’s available to you.

  32. How do I terminate my membership?
    We’re sad to see you go! But if you really feel strongly about not being a member of the ALDO Crew, please contact our customer service center (add link and phone number) and they will cancel your membership.

ALDO CREW LOYALTY SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS

The ALDO Crew Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is sponsored by Aldo UK Limited, 4 Bedford Row, London, United Kingdom, WC1R 4TF (“ALDO”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, (the “Program Terms”). In the Program Terms, “member”, "you" and "your" mean each member enrolled in the Program.

All dollar amounts referred to in the Program Terms are in pounds sterling.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible to the program if:
      (i) You are a legal resident of the United Kingdom;
      (ii) You have reached sixteen (16) years of age as of the date of enrollment and
      (iii) You have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.

THE PROGRAM IS VALID ONLY FOR PURCHASES MADE IN STORES LOCATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ONLINE AT ALDOSHOES.COM/UK. Therefore, any purchases made outside the United Kingdom even if you are a U.K. legal resident will not be eligible to ALDO Crew Credits. Corporations, resellers, or other entities or organisations of any kind are not eligible for the Program. Purchases made under the Employee Preferred Purchase Program are not eligible to ALDO Crew Credits under the Program.

3. ALDO CREW ACCOUNT

3.1 Enrollment

To enroll in the Program and to set up your ALDO Crew Account, you must register at www.aldoshoes.com/uk/en_UK/crew/join

To complete your registration, you must:

  • enter your first name, last name, e-mail address, post code, phone number and product preference;
  • create a password; and
  • accept the Program Terms.

Enrollment confirmation and other program communications will be sent to the email address indicated in your ALDO Crew Account. Email subscription is not mandatory to participate in ALDO Crew, but unsubscribed members will not receive emails from us regarding the Program, including Annual Rewards and notification of special benefits. These Annual Rewards and information pertaining to special benefits will be available in the My Account section of Aldoshoes.com/uk

3.2 Account Restrictions

Only one (1) ALDO Crew Account per person, per email address and phone number can be created. This means a person with multiple email addresses and/or phone numbers cannot have more than one ALDO Crew Account. The sum of transactions from multiple ALDO Crew accounts cannot be aggregated into one or transferred from one account to another unless authorized by ALDO.

4. BENEFITS

4.1. Accumulating ALDO Crew Credit

When you provide the email address or phone number (for identification purposes only) associated with your ALDO Crew Account upon making a purchase at any ALDO store located in the United Kingdom or online at www.aldoshoes.com/uk, you earn ALDO Crew Credits corresponding to the eligible purchase amount (“ALDO Crew Credits”). The eligible purchase amount corresponds to the transaction total for merchandise after any discounts and does NOT include taxes (except those already included in the purchase price), shipping or the purchase of ALDO gift cards.

4.2. Gift card

For greater clarity, purchases of ALDO gift cards do NOT qualify as an eligible purchase amount, but members may earn ALDO Crew Credits when the ALDO gift card is used for the purchase of merchandise. ALDO Crew Credits are awarded to the customer who uses the gift card as tender.

4.3. Credit to your Account

A transaction may earn ALDO Crew Credits for only one (1) ALDO Crew Account. ALDO Crew Credits will be provided for transactions completed up to 10 days prior to your completed enrollment date, provided that the email address or phone number given for the transaction was the same as the one provided on the ALDO Crew enrollment form. For returns, ALDO Crew Credits earned on a purchase will be removed from the member’s account for the same amount.

ALDO will use all reasonable efforts to credit a member’s ALDO Crew Account for purchases with ALDO Crew Credits on a timely basis. If ALDO Crew Credits are not credited for an eligible transaction, you may request the missing ALDO Crew Credits up to 90 days after the original transaction by calling us at 0808-101-5659 or on www.aldoshoes.com/uk/en_UK/customer-service/contact-us/email-us. You will be asked to provide certain transaction-related information on the receipt to verify the purchase. All requests are subject to verification.

ALDO may adjust your ALDO Crew Account status or ALDO Crew Credits balance at any time and without notice, due to any computer or other error, technical issues experienced by ALDO, machine malfunction, fraud or other misuse of the Program. All transactions involving ALDO Crew Credits are subject to review and verification by ALDO.

You may review your ALDO Crew Credit balance and ALDO Crew Account activity www.aldoshoes.com/uk/en_UK/account.

ALDO reserves the right to invalidate ALDO Crew Credits from a member's ALDO Crew Account with notice if it determines in its sole discretion that such ALDO Crew Credits were improperly credited to such member's ALDO Crew Account or were obtained fraudulently or otherwise in violation of the Program Terms. ALDO reserves the right to require proof from the member that ALDO Crew Credits have been obtained for any transaction and ALDO reserves the right to delay the processing or redemption of any ALDO Crew Credits without notice, in order to assure compliance with the Program Terms.

Members, by participating in the Program, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ALDO Crew Account and password and for restricting access to the devices used to access these accounts. Members agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their ALDO Crew Account or password.

ALDO Crew Credits do not constitute property, do not entitle a member to a vested right or interest, have no cash value, have no exchange value and are not rewards points. As such, ALDO Crew Credits are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason.

The sale, barter, transfer or assignment of any accumulated ALDO Crew Credits, other than by ALDO, is strictly prohibited. Any ALDO Crew Credits which ALDO deem to have been transferred, sold, bartered or assigned in violation of the Program Terms may be confiscated and/or cancelled.

Membership in the Program does not confer any rights or benefits in the program of any other Aldo affiliate.

4.4. Membership Tiers: Crew, Plus and VIP

There are three Membership Tiers in the Program: Crew, Plus and VIP. All members are automatically assigned to Crew upon enrollment. Achieving Plus and VIP tiers requires a minimum of respectively £100 and £200 in ALDO Crew Credits during any 12-month period.

Members will remain qualified for the Plus or VIP tier for 12 months following initially qualifying. If they have accumulated the amount of ALDO Crew Credits associated with the Plus or VIP tier during this 12 months period, they will requalify for another 12 months, and so on. For identification purposes only, you will be requested to provide the email or phone number registered to your ALDO Crew account to allow us to correctly calculate and apply the transaction amounts to your ALDO Crew Credits.

The benefits associated with the three tiers are detailed as follows:

      (i) Crew: Benefits in this tier include a 10% Welcome Offer upon registration, lowered threshold for free shipping (£30), access to Price Drops and Bundles, online express checkout through My Account and a 20% Birthday Treat. Price Drops are specifically designated products that will be made available at a discounted price for a set period of time exclusively for ALDO Crew members. Bundles are specifically designated products that can be purchased in combination for a discount exclusively by ALDO Crew members. The 20% Birthday Treat will be assigned to the member in the days leading up to the date of birth provided on the enrollment form and will be valid for a period of 30 days after issuance. The maximum value of the Welcome Offer and Birthday Treat is £80 per transaction.

      (ii) Plus: Benefits of this tier include all benefits provided for Crew in addition to a 15% Annual Reward, to be issued once for any given 12 months period), a Free Birthday Gift (your choice of accessory, £10 maximum value, to be selected in store) 20% off handbags with non-hanging footwear purchase and a 6-month extended warranty against product defects. This does not affect your statutory rights.

      (iii) VIP: Benefits of this tier include all benefits provided at Crew and Plus levels in addition to a 20% Annual Reward (to be issued once for any given 12 months period), free shipping, access to exclusive deals & surprises and the ability to share the 20% Annual Reward with up to five (5) friends.

4.5. Annual Rewards

Annual Rewards will be sent to the email appearing in your ALDO Crew Account at the time of issuance (unless you have unsubscribed from electronic communications) and will also be available at www.aldoshoes.com/uk/en_UK/account

Annual Rewards may be redeemed for purchases of any qualified merchandise for sale online by applying the promo code at time of checkout or in store by providing the unique voucher code to the ALDO salesperson. The value of the Annual Reward will be applied against the total value of the merchandise, excluding applicable taxes and shipping fees. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

You will be able to use Annual Rewards on any merchandise for sale including regular and marked down but not on clearance items. Vouchers may not be combined with any other promotional offers, unless otherwise noted on the offer. Any applicable taxes will be payable on the value of the merchandise after the reduction of the value of the Annual Reward and on the applicable shipping fees. Each Annual Reward issued will have a unique reward number and may be used only once. Annual Rewards are not transferable and may not be sold, resold, exchanged or bartered. The maximum value of an Annual Reward is £80 per transaction.

Annual Rewards expire one hundred and twenty (120) days from date of issuance. Annual Rewards may only be used once and are void after first use. The maximum value of an Annual Reward is £80 per transaction.

5. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF PROGRAM

5.1. Modifications

Membership in the Program is offered at the discretion of ALDO and ALDO reserves the right to modify the Program Terms, ALDO Crew Credits structure or Annual Reward amounts, benefits, Membership Tiers, conditions of participation, rules for issuing, redeeming, retaining, using or forfeiting ALDO Crew Credits and Annual Rewards and their respective duration or timing, or any other aspect of the Program, in whole or in part.

ALDO will give you a sixty (60) days’ notice of any such amendment and a comparison illustrating the changes.

5.2. Termination of the Program

The Program may be terminated at the sole discretion of ALDO. ALDO shall give conspicuous notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the date that such termination becomes effective, during which time you may still redeem Annual Rewards. You should not rely upon the continued availability of the Program or any ALDO Crew Credits accumulated in connection therewith.

Without limiting any other remedies, ALDO may suspend or terminate any ALDO Crew Account if ALDO suspects, in its sole discretion, that any member or other person has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with this Program.

6. PRIVACY

6.1. Privacy Policy

By enrolling into the Program, you agree that personal information you provide to ALDO in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with ALDO's Privacy Policy found online at www.aldoshoes.com/uk/en_UK/legal/privacy-policy.

6.2. Use of Your Data

In particular, you understand that ALDO will use your transactional and profile data to provide you with promotional materials and information regarding our products, services, promotions, special offers, events, etc. We may share your personal information with third-party marketing providers who assist us in these marketing campaigns or to display advertising on social media platforms or other websites you use. You may at any time unsubscribe from receiving promotional electronic communications from ALDO or to ALDO using your personal information to enhance your shopping experience by following the instructions included in our Privacy Policy. 7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Program Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales

8. HEADINGS

The headings are inserted for convenience of reference only and do not affect the construction or interpretation of the Program Terms.

9. NO ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights or obligations under the Program and/or the Program Term

10. SEVERABILITY

If any part of the Program Terms is found to be void or unenforceable under applicable law, all other parts of the terms and conditions will still apply.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Program Terms, together with all other agreements, terms or conditions incorporated or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between you and ALDO in connection with the Program, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral or written) regarding the subject matter hereof, and may not be amended or modified except in writing, or by ALDO making such amendments or modifications available to it pursuant to the Program Terms.

12. NO WAIVER

The failure of ALDO to enforce any provision of the Program Terms or to respond to a breach by you or any third party of the Program Terms shall not in any way waive the right of ALDO to subsequently enforce any of the terms contained herein or to act with respect to similar breaches.
