What is a store reservation?
Offered in select regions, a store reservation is a free service we offer to ALDO Crew members where you can reserve an item online at the closest store near you. If the item is available in that store, you will get a confirmation (via text message) and will be able to visit the store within the reservation time frame to try on and purchase the item.
How can I make a reservation?
On the product page of an item you would like to reserve, select your size (if applicable), and click on “Check in-store availability”. Once you choose the closest store where your product is available, click on “Sign in to reserve”.
Once signed in, a reservation form will appear. Fill out your contact information and complete your reservation.
Will I be charged for my reservation?
This is a completely free service, no payment is required to make a reservation. If you would like to purchase the product, the payment process will take place in-store.
How long is my product reserved for?
If you make the reservation before 12 pm, your item will be on hold for you until the store’s closing hours that day. If the reservation is made after 12 pm, your item will be on hold for you until the store’s closing hours the following day.
How do I know when my reservation is ready?
You will receive a text message with information on the status of your reservation. You will be notified when the reservation is confirmed as well as when the product is ready for you to pick up.
What is the pick up process?
Once you arrive at the designated store, show your reservation details to one of our associates. They will retrieve your item for you to try on and purchase should you choose to.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Once a reservation is made on the website, you cannot cancel or change the time of the reservation. However, you can call the store to cancel the reservation directly with one of our store associates.
