Foam Instep Cushions

On the first use, the cushion rolled up and made my heels even more uncomfortable. My heels were also Aldo and very uncomfortable as well. Needless to say I had to be barefoot at the wedding.

High heels are a beautiful accessory for the foot, but they are meant to be looked at, not to make great strides in. In the real world, however, we need to walk from point A to point B in the shoes on our feet, so when it comes to the abnormal position our feet contort into in order to wear such beautiful creations, discomfort is bound to incur. For me, it’s the balls of my feet that bare the brunt of the pain when I am wearing 4” pointy beauties. These little pads make a world of difference in providing a cushion to absorb impact and keep my pitties from being crammed into the front of the shoe and thus preventing discomfort to my toes as well.

Placement of these little pads is paramount if they are to be effective, so before you peal off the sticky back, make sure you know exactly where those little life savers need to be situated. That alone may be a fine art, but once you do understand proper placement, sky high stylettos become a pleasure to walk in.
