I just got these in the mail, laced them up using the side hooks and the laces are not long enough to tie a bow like in the website photo. I just have enough to tie a knot, but then I looks ridiculous with the ends of the laces just sticking out. I’m so disappointed, as they are quite comfortable. I would add a photo but this site would not let me.

These are very comfortable and cute boots but the 4th button from bottom snapped the first time I wore them. I am getting a new pair shipped to me for free but this time I won’t be putting the laces through that outside button. It’s unfortunate because it’s a unique feature to this boot but there seems to be a design flaw.

I love, love the style and feel of these boots. I opened the box and proceeded to try on the right boot. As I went to tie the boot, the side button popped off. This seems to be a recurrent theme in the reviews. Please fix Aldo! I still want these boots!

I bought a pair of these boots, but the outside button that the laces go through broke off the first time I wore them. I exchanged them for another pair and the buttons on the inside broke this time... I'm just going to return them. It's a shame because I really like how they look & the grip on the bottom is great, but the buttons that hold the laces in place keep breaking.

Hi i was just wondering what should i do bought a pair of this boots and have lost a few the side buttons on the boots and how can i return them im in North Bay ..and bought the boots about 2 weeks ago in Mississauga ...and have no store close to me what can you recommend me to do? i do have the receipt for it
