We’re keeping things simple by extending our Return Policy to 90 days for all purchases made as of February 1, 2020. As always, returns are free!
During this overwhelming time, in-store returns are temporarily unavailable, and we may take longer than usual to process returns. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of your purchase. ALDO reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 60-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
A few exceptions...
- In the interest of hygiene, earrings, cosmetics and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
- Swimwear may not be returned if the hygiene seal is broken.
- No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
