Putting Our Customers and Associates First
Following local government and public health authority guidelines, we’re so happy to announce the gradual reopening of some of our stores! As many of our stores still remain closed, please check out our store locator for updates on your fave local stores.
With health and safety as our top priority, we’ve been working hard on developping new service protocols & experiences to ensure safety, and peace of mind, for all. For stores that have reopenned, here are the key measures we’ve taken so far:

If you've already received your order pickup confirmation, your order will only be available once our stores re-open. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
If you haven't received your order pickup confirmation email, we may be able to assist you in rerouting your package. Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
Due to increased volume and additional health & safety protocols you may experience delays in receiving your order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Kindly note, there may also be delays beyond our control from our shipping partners.

All online orders may be returned via mail free of charge or at any ALDO store. Purchases and orders placed in store can be returned in store only. Note that Paypal purchases are only refundable through Paypal if returned by Mail.
We’re so happy to announce the gradual reopening of some of our stores. If you're fave local store is not open yet, we recommend you hold on to your items until reopenning as this will make the return/refund process quicker and more efficient for you. To find the store nearest you, simply use our Store Locator. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the location of you preference and our associates will be pleased to assist you. Purchases paid for using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used. Note that Paypal purchases are refundable through Paypal only if returned by Mail; Paypal purchases can be exchanged in store, or refunded to an ALDO gift card or to a debit card.
To initiate your online return, simply put in your order number and zip code on the top right and click on Start a return request. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click submit and we will send you the UPS label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
