Free shipping to any ALDO store. Ready for pickup in 3 to 4 business days.
Standard shipping, delivered in 3 to 4 business days. Free standard shipping over $99 or over $50 for ALDO Crew members.
Express shipping, delivered in 2 to 3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

You can always return your order within 60 days of purchase for free in-store. Orders returned by mail will be charged a restocking fee of $5.95.

Please check that your Afterpay or other Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) return meets our policy here.

Warranty Policy

If your footwear is defective or faulty within 4 months of the date of purchase, simply make a warranty claim and our Customer Service team will assist you.

Sizing may vary between style and type of footwear. Half sizes are not available in all styles.

Midi vs Regular Rings?

Our regular rings are designed to be worn at the base of your fingers, whereas midi rings are smaller and meant to be worn midway down the finger, between the first and second knuckle.
