Returns & Warranty

How can I return my order?

Returns can be made either in-store or by mail for free. Purchases and orders placed in store can be returned in store only. Note that Paypal purchases are only refundable through Paypal if returned by mail.

In-Store Returns
To find the store near you, simply use our Store Locator. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the location of your preference and our associates will be pleased to assist you. Purchases paid for using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used. Note that Paypal purchases are refundable through Paypal only if returned by mail; Paypal purchases can be exchanged in store, or refunded to an ALDO gift card or to a debit card.

Online Returns
To initiate your online return, simply start a return request with your order number and postal code. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Click submit and we will send you the FedEx label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed. You can choose to bring your package to a FedEx drop off location or schedule a pickup with FedEx. If you started your return online but decided to go to a store instead, please contact us so we can cancel the online return process.


How do I start a return process online?

To start a return request, you will need to enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the shipping address postal code. For orders shipped to store, please enter the store's postal code. No returns allowed on "Final Sale" items.


What do I do if my footwear item is defective?

If your footwear is defective or faulty within 4 months of the date of purchase, you can now take advantage of our new footwear warranty policy. If you would like to make a warranty claim, learn more here.


How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once your return or warranty claim is processed, refunds will usually appear within 2-5 business days if you paid by credit card or PayPal.

However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.


When will I receive my refund after returning my item by mail?

What items are not eligible for return?

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, hair accessories, socks, shoe laces, and shoe care products may not be returned at any time.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, or 3rd party websites, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Purchases made via Afterpay or Paypal are subject to their own return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only.


What do I do if I lost my shipping label?

Chat us and provide us your order number and we'll email you a replacement.


How can I return my Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) order?

Afterpay
Afterpay purchases can be returned in-store or by mail for a refund. Purchases returned in-store can be refunded via the Afterpay app or on a debit card, credit card or ALDO gift card. Purchases returned by mail will be refunded directly to your Afterpay account. Do not return your purchase directly to Afterpay.

Other BNPL Providers
BNPL orders, such as Klarna One-time card, can only be returned in-store and refunded on an ALDO gift card or credit card. Note that the BNPL provider will continue taking the installments from your account until the full payment is complete. Do not return your purchase directly to the service provider.

If you believe that there is an issue or problem with your BNPL purchase payment, please contact their customer service department directly.


Payment

Why is my credit card information not being accepted?

Double check your number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. It is important that your billing address be entered on your order exactly as it appears on you credit/debit card statement.

If everything looks correct and it is still not working, we recommend contacting your bank or trying a different payment method.

How do I use my promo code?

Promo codes can be applied at checkout. Simply click on "Enter promo code" situated under shipping cost and enter your code. Be sure to add the dashes when entering your code. Promo codes are for one time use only and cannot be combined with any other codes/promotions.


I was charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your inbox and spam or junk folder as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there. Verify the email address used at checkout to make sure there were no typos.


My payment went through, but the order status is still pending. Why?

Our system may need a bit more time to process your order. Orders are processed during business days, Monday to Friday, so if you placed your order on a weekend, it will begin processing on the next business day.

Please allow at least 48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email before clicking the tracking link. This gives the courier time to pick up your order from the shipping location.

What should I do if I'm between shoe sizes?

If your measurements are between sizes or if one foot's measurement is larger than the other, always move up to the larger size. Select half sizes are available depending on the shoe style. Refer to our size chart for details.

How do I keep my gold plated jewelry looking like new?

To help prevent the natural wear of platinum and gold plated jewelry, follow these simple tips:

  • Seal and store in an airtight plastic bag, separate from other metals.
  • Avoid storing in humid places like the bathroom.
  • Keep jewelry dry.
  • Avoid contact with water, body lotions, creams or perfume.

What are the ingredients in your shoe care products?

Most of our cleaning products use a water-based formula that is non-toxic and solvent free. You can refer to the individual product pages for specific details. Should you need more information, chat with us and we will gladly assist you.


Shipping

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item(s) will be delivered via the shipping method you selected.

Please allow at least 48 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email before clicking the tracking link. This gives the courier time to pick up your order from the shipping location.


My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?

If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, with any other members of your household or any dedicated parcel area.

The package may have been left in a secure location (lockers, storage, etc.) if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, please wait 48 business hours post-delivery to chat or call us, and we will gladly get to the bottom of it.


How do I pick up my order in-store?

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. When you get to the store, please present the confirmation email or your original receipt, as well as a photo ID to a store associate. You have 28 days to pick up your order in-store. If you do not pick up your order within this time frame, please contact us.


I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?

It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.


Do you deliver on weekends?

At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery. Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

If you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed within the next 2 business days.


What courier do you use?

All of our orders are shipped with FedEx.

How can I track my order?

We'll send you email updates at just about every step of your order's journey. You can also track it by providing your order number and postal code.

What information do I need to provide when placing a order?

You will need to provide your full name, a shipping address including apartment/suite/unit number (if applicable) that matches your credit card statement, city, province, postal code, country, phone number (for delivery updates or issues) and email address (for order confirmation and tracking).

We recommend having this information saved in your Shopify account for a quicker and easier checkout experience.


I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

Once your order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot modify your address.

If the delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund once received. For further assistance, please contact us.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If you wish to purchase additional items, you must do so as part of a new transaction or if you are not satisfied with your order, not to worry, we have a very easy return policy. Visit our Return Policy for additional details.

What is the ALDO Crew?

ALDO Crew is a loyalty program where you get credit for all your purchases. The more you buy, the more benefits you unlock! The program is free to join and well worth your time! From your first purchase , you are ALDO Crew. After spending $150 or more, you become an ALDO Crew Plus member, and at $300 or more you join our ALDO Crew VIP.


How do I sign up?

The sign up is easy. Click here, fill out and submit the required information, and you’ll be a member of the ALDO Crew. We treat your personal information securely and confidentially.


Can I combine discount codes together?

Each discount code that you receive cannot be combined with other discount codes that you have. For example, you cannot combine your ALDO Crew Plus discount code with your birthday code. Your discount codes cannot be applied to price drop or bundles.


How can I redeem my $15 birthday gift?

Shortly before your birthday, if you are ALDO Crew Plus or ALDO Crew VIP, you will receive an email with our best wishes and a coupon code that will allow you to go to an ALDO store and choose your gift (valued up to $15). We might even be tempted to sing you “Happy Birthday!”


How do I terminate my membership?

We’re sad to see you go! But if you really feel strongly about not being a member of the ALDO Crew, please contact our customer service center and they will cancel your membership.
