Having second thoughts? We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in good condition, original packaging and with all tags attached.

Online purchases can be returned online or in-store (exchanges can only be completed in store. Store purchases can only be returned in store.

Returns to our online warehouse are $5.95. In-store returns are always free.

Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy

Online purchases can be returned online or in-store. You cannot exchange items online. There is a return fee of $5.95 per order that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.

We will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to be processed.

For all returns or exchanges:

- Items must not be worn, soiled, washed or damaged.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- All original tags must be attached.
- You must present a valid receipt.

Return & Exchange Restrictions:

- For hygienic reasons, hosiery, earrings, hair accessories and insoles are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Clearance items ending in .97 and marked as Finale Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns by mail are only accepted for orders placed online.
- Exchanges can only be completed in store.
- Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
- Purchases made via Klarna, Afterpay or PayPal are subject to their own return policies.

Please Note: Orders placed before March 11, 2026, remain eligible for our previous 60-day return window.

How can I return my order?

Returns can be made either in-store or online. Returns in-store are always free. Returns by mail have a shipping fee of $5.95 that will be automatically deducted from your refund total. This fee is not refundable. Purchases and orders placed in-store can be returned in-store only. Note that Paypal purchases are only refundable through Paypal if returned by mail.

In-Store Returns
To find the store near you, simply use our Store Locator. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the location of your preference and our associates will be pleased to assist you. Purchases paid for using split payment (part Gift Card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the Gift Card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used. Note that Paypal purchases are refundable through Paypal only if returned by mail; Paypal purchases can be exchanged in store, or refunded to an ALDO gift card or to a debit card.

Online Returns
To initiate your online return, simply start a return request with your order number and postal code. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Click submit and we will send you the FedEx label via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed. You can choose to bring your package to a FedEx drop off location or schedule a pickup with FedEx. If you started your return online but decided to go to a store instead, please contact us so we can cancel the online return process.


How do I start a return process online?

To start a return request, you will need to enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and the shipping address postal code. For orders shipped to store, please enter the store's postal code. No returns allowed on "Final Sale" items.


How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once your return or warranty claim is processed, refunds will usually appear within 2-5 business days if you paid by credit card or PayPal.

However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement.


When will I receive my refund after returning my item by mail?

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 2-5 business days.

What items are not eligible for return?

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. In the interest of hygiene, earrings, hair accessories, socks, shoe laces, and shoe care products may not be returned at any time.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, or 3rd party websites, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Purchases made via Afterpay or Paypal are subject to their own return policies, which may include processing returns in-store only.


What should I do if my product is defective?

If something isn’t quite right with your product, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. Please contact us within 6 months of your purchase date, and one of our Customer Service Experts will review the issue and assist with the next steps. In most cases, our team may ask for photos of the product and proof of purchase to help review the issue. You can reach our team by phone or chat, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

What is considered a defect?

A defect typically refers to a manufacturing or material issue that occurs despite normal use. Products showing signs of normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs may not be eligible.


What do I do if I lost my shipping label?

Chat us and provide us your order number and we'll email you a replacement.


How can I get a refund for an item purchased as part of a BOGO promotion?

If you wish to return a full-priced item that was purchased with a bundle promotion (i.e. BOGO), your purchase amount must be adjusted as the promotion is no longer valid. You will get refunded the amount you paid for the full-priced item(s) minus the discount amount you received for the second item of equal or lesser value.


How can I return my Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) order?

Afterpay
Afterpay purchases can be returned in-store or by mail for a refund. Purchases returned in-store can be refunded via the Afterpay app or on a debit card, credit card or ALDO gift card. Purchases returned by mail will be refunded directly to your Afterpay account. Do not return your purchase directly to Afterpay.

Other BNPL Providers
BNPL orders, such as Klarna One-time card, can only be returned in-store and refunded on an ALDO gift card or credit card. Note that the BNPL provider will continue taking the installments from your account until the full payment is complete. Do not return your purchase directly to the service provider.
