Why is the ALDO Crew loyalty program coming to an end?
As part of our continued focus on improving the customer experience, we’ve made the decision to bring the ALDO Crew loyalty program to an end. This change allows us to evolve how we recognize and reward our customers in the future.
We’re grateful to everyone who has been part of the ALDO Crew community.
When does the ALDO Crew program end?
The ALDO Crew loyalty program will officially come to an end on July 8, 2026. After this date, the loyalty portal will no longer be accessible and program benefits will no longer be available.
What happens to my perks before the program ends?
Your always-on benefits will remain fully available through July 8, 2026. Nothing changes there until the program ends. Please note that from July 9, 2026 all orders will be subject to our standard shipping and return policies
Any discount codes you’ve already received (such as your welcome offer, annual reward, or birthday treat) continue to follow their standard 30-day validity period from the date they were issued, as outlined in your original promotional email. Please check the expiry date on each code.
I have a discount code — is it still valid?
Yes, if your code is still within its 30-day validity window from the date it was issued, it remains valid. The terms of your code have not changed.
Please check the expiry date in your original promotional email. Codes that have already expired cannot be reactivated. After July 8, 2026, no new codes will be issued. Any codes already issued will remain valid until their natural 30-day expiry date, even if that falls after the program end date.
Will my always-on benefits still be available?
Your always-on benefits remain available to you as an ALDO Crew member through July 8, 2026. After the program ends, standard shipping and returns policies will apply to all customers.

What happens to my ALDO account after the program ends?
Your ALDO account is not changing. You will still be able to shop, access your order history, and manage returns as usual. Only the loyalty program itself is coming to an end.
Will I still receive marketing emails from ALDO?
If you are subscribed to ALDO marketing communications, you will continue to receive them — this is separate from your loyalty program membership. The end of the loyalty program does not automatically enroll you in, or remove you from, any marketing lists.
You can manage your communication preferences at any time through your ALDO account or by using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
Will there be a new loyalty or rewards program in the future?
We’re always working to improve the experience for our customers, and we look forward to finding new ways to recognize and reward you in the future. We’ll share updates through our website and communications as they become available.
